DING DONG THE WITCH IS DEAD. The witch being the nine-match winless streak, that is. Atlanta United pulled off the huge upset, going on the road to Miami and beating the Eastern conference leaders, 3-1. A Saba Lobjanidze brace supported by a Jamal Thiare insurance goal helped Gonzalo Pineda take some heat of his seat.

It was an incredible, if not unusual performance, with Atlanta United playing a role reversal and conceding large amounts of possession to the home side and striking clinically on the counter to shock Messi’s dream team. What a result for the Five Stripes.
